I design, lead & build.

Twenty years working across product, interaction & visual design — at startups, agencies, and companies at scale.

Design & leadership

Grounded in product, interaction & visual design, I work at both ends of a project: shaping the vision at the start and staying close to the details through execution. I've built teams, shaped direction, led programs, and shipped products across industries.

What I love about design

I'm passionate about understanding human behavior and decision making, bringing structure to chaos, and designing systems & interactions. In practice, they show up like this:

Engineering interactions

Applying the principles of interaction design to the environment itself, designing participatory moments for the room to contribute, decide, and build alongside you.

Making design tangible

Translating design thinking into something others can act on through facilitation, storytelling, and visualization.

Driving decisions

Most product decision making stalls. I focus on moving it forward, building the frameworks and creating the conditions for teams to decide and ship.

Provoking new thinking

Research insights are a starting point, not a conclusion — I use them to challenge assumptions and open up directions the team wouldn't have found otherwise.

Running is the other half

Trail races, road marathons, long days in the mountains. The same approach I bring to design: build the base, trust the process, show up on the day.
